To find inspiration to achieve consistency in our practice of meditating two hours every day, one hour in the morning and one hour in the evening, we need to give each other support and share encouragement or helpful tricks to find time in our busy lives for this important discipline. We all know that if we practice patiently, persistently and smilingly, we are bound to be successful!

If anyone gets this going again, please email me at JacobJG1@aol.com. Thanks! I'm still sittin' for 21 days! I'm shocked at my discipline. Dave, the guy who drove me home from Dhamma Pakasa lives down the road from me. We sat together for our afternoon sit on Tuesday. I'm diong more of my second sits of the day before dinner now so that I have more time to spend with my wife when she returns from work. It also allows me to get to bed earlier. Good sitting everyone and METTA!
