To find inspiration to achieve consistency in our practice of meditating two hours every day, one hour in the morning and one hour in the evening, we need to give each other support and share encouragement or helpful tricks to find time in our busy lives for this important discipline. We all know that if we practice patiently, persistently and smilingly, we are bound to be successful!

Anyone there? I'm 16 for 16, now. Two or 3 of the morning sits have been 15 minutes short. Equanimity is a continuing challenge, as always. It's difficult to be equanimous when Tiger is letting you down on Sunday during the U.S. Open (seriously). I've also just begun a new regimen of medication that has me a bit on edge. I hope that all are doing well! METTA!
